Rooms were so clean property was quiet tucked away from how busy north Lakeland truly is with more than 1/3 of Lakeland entire population but still only 5-7 mins away from ALL shops food and tourism 20 mins from hard rock casino Tampa channel side and Tampa beaches staff are friendly and will walk you through every thing breakfast is hot and fresh with a Belgian waffle iron for the freshest waffles different proteins outmeal eggs cereal juice bread with toaster the items here are not offered at surrounding hotels at the price point in which this hotel offers very affordable and honestly under booked a real gem in the north Lakeland area seriously check them out

Customer service was good the rooms where clean and the hotel was clean as well. Front desk was helpful and informed me about everything I needed to know at the hotel. Only wish there wasn’t an 100 fee added to my checking account but it was refundable after check out . But in all I will book again

Loved the breakfast time, very very kind Mrs.Rivera, the pool was great, the whole Hotel was absolutely the best in have ever stayed in! We absolutely loved everything about it!

I only needed a clean room where I could sleep and take a shower. It met my expectations.

Location was great. It was quiet. Clean. Big room with a fridge and a microwave. Bed was ok. Water pressure was great and they had fluffy towels.
